SVPF will provide support for chapter growth and development.

SVPF will implement a sound financial plan for the future.

SVPF will support people with disabilities who live in institutions, nursing homes, and group homes to become independent and find alternative living options of their choice.

SVPF  will educate people with disabilities and the general public about self determination for everyone.

SVPF bridges organizations and government for legislative support.
